Sett vaksine på apotek

Ta vaksinen(e) hos et på valgfritt apotek.
Vaksine settes av kvalifisert helsepersonell, på drop-in eller booking. Du betaler ofte et vaksinasjonsgebyr, i tillegg til prisen for selve vaksinen.

Are my vaccines recorded?

Yep. Your vaccines will be recorded in the national vaccine registry, SYSVAG, by the person who puts the vaccine.

You will be able to see the vaccines at HealthNorge in the aftermath.

Price - what does this cost?

Hjemmelegene hjelper deg med råd og veiledning, og gir deg resept på vaksinene du trenger for kr. 359 (per person).

Når du drar til apoteket må du betale for selve vaksinene, akkurat som at du henter en annen medisin du har fått resept på. Dersom du ønsker at apotekets kvalifiserte personell skal sette vaksinen, må du betale en gebyr for dette. Merk at totalprisen hos apoteket vil kunne variere, ut fra hvor mange vaksiner du ønsker og hvilke typer.

Vi mener uansett at tjenesten er billigere enn å dra til reisevaksinasjonssenter, og ikke minst mye enklere.

Can I get a prescription and vaccine card for yellow fever vaccine?

No, unfortunately we cannot help with yellow fever vaccination digitally. We can help with this at a home visits, or you can contact your GP/vaccine centre.

Most pharmacies do not put yellow fever vaccine, because it is a live attenuated vaccine. In addition, the signature of a doctor is required to issue the international vaccination certificate (yellow vaccine card).

Digital consultation vs home visit, what should I choose?

Digital consultation lends itself to a number of simpler issues, but cannot be used for everything. If you think a physical examination or tests are needed, we recommend a home visit. The advantage of our service, is that we offer both home visits and digital consultations, leaving the choice up to you. If in doubt, you can start with a digital consultation. The doctor will be able to guide you further, and if a home visit is needed, the cost of the digital consultation will be offset. Digital consultation is also suitable as a follow-up after a home visit.

Can I bring up multiple issues?

In a digital consultation, we ask that you limit yourself to one issue. If you bring up several, the doctor may need to select one to focus on during the consultation. If you have multiple issues that are complex or time-consuming, we recommend seeing a doctor in person, for example by booking a home visit.

Do I need to install an app to book a digital consultation?

We've purposely avoided making an app, so you don't have to. Everything is done from your browser. The advantage is that you can use the services from both PC and mobile. You can still create an app button on your iPhone that will take you to this website.

  • Tap the share icon at the bottom (square with arrow)
  • Select “Add to Home Screen”
  • Voila! Now you have the “app” with which links to this website.

I can't get video to work, what should I do?

  • To start a video consultation with the Home Doctors, we need access to the camera and microphone of your device. Select “Allow” when asked about camera and microphone access when entering the video room. You can also provide access under settings on your phone or PC. Settings look a little different depending on whether you're on phone or pc and what browser you're using. Below you will find links to help pages for your browser.
  • If you need help, you can also start a chat with our customer support by tapping the speech bubble in the bottom right corner.
  • It may also be that your browser is not supported. Try upgrading your browser or changing device and try again.
  • A good old trick is also to try to restart your phone or pc if the problem persists.

Why do we use chat, phone, photo and video?

Digital consultations allow the doctor to work more efficiently, enabling you to have a consultation wherever you are. Maybe you also dare to record things on chat or phone that are embarrassing face-to-face. In some cases, the doctor will recommend the use of phone or video, or ask for a photo. Using both text, audio, image and video enables you and your doctor to communicate naturally based on the problem. When the doctor answers you, you will receive an SMS. It allows you to do other things while you wait. Effective for the doctor, and comfortable for you.
